This is “DASSAI”

“DASSAI” is committed to handcrafting premium Sake of the highest quality.

We use top brand Sake rice “Yamada Nishiki” only the particular about polishing rate of the Sake rice. Because the more we polish the rice, it gets non bitter taste and the rich aromas will be higher. Further, we can enjoy the sharp aftertaste end and finally fascinate with a finish.

There are many products that add alcohol to Sake, but we never add alcohol at all. Sush Sake is called “Junmai.” Among them, we are only making premium Sake called “Junmai Dai Ginjo” by polishing more than 50% of rice.
