DASSAI Beyond the Beyond 2024 Magnum Bottle

Since 2019, DASSAI has been hosting the Yamada Nishiki Rice Contest annually. Over 100 farmers have participated, with the grand prize rice being purchased for 30 million yen (Approx US$200,000, over 20 times the market price) for use in making sake.
The product being released this year was made with the 2023 champion rice, grown by Mr. Kitajima in Fukuoka Prefecture. The bottle is a special titanium bottle from the titanium ware brand [SUSgallery], and is stored frozen to maintain its freshness.
This special DASSAI Beyond the Beyond is made with the finest Yamada Nishiki rice and is available in two limited editions: 720ml with only 23 bottles per year and 2300ml with only 10 bottles per year.
The Beyond the Beyond 720ml has set a record for the highest price ever achieved for sake at auction, with sales at Sotheby’s Hong Kong and New York.
Over the past five years, Beyond the Beyond has sold out at prestigious locations, including international hotels in Japan, Wynn Las Vegas, Sushi Nakazawa in New York, Zuma in Dubai, resorts in the Maldives, Ibiza, and Singapore. This year's 2300ml bottle will be available exclusively through Isetan.
