DASSAI Made with Japan's Best Yamada Nishiki Listed at NY Sotheby's

Asahi Shuzo Co., Ltd. (DASSAI) has announced that DASSAI Beyond the Beyond 2022, made from Grand Prix winning Yamada-Nishiki rice in Japan will be listed at the Sotheby’s Auction House in New York from 1^st September 2022.
