Book a tour of the Dassai sake brewery located in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan.
You can actually enter the DASSAI brewery and see the making process up close.

Tour : JPY 1,000 (includes lab coat and souvenir)
Optional Tasting : JPY 500 (for those interested)

※Optional tastings are available upon request. Please inform us at the reception on the day of the tour.
※Tastings for drivers are strictly prohibited.

Tour is reservation only.
Participants must be 13 years old of age or older.
Drunk visitors are not allowed.
We do not accept applications from travel agencies.
Please note that the tour goes up and down the stairs.
Please contact us if you cancel or change your reservation.

Safty and Health Precautions

Please refrain from touching any machinery, equipment, or raw materials inside the brewery.
Since special indoor shoes are required within the brewery, please ensure you wear socks or bring your own.
Some areas inside the brewery are very slippery due to steps or wet floors, and there may be stairs along the tour route. Please be cautious to avoid tripping or falling.
The entire brewery is temperature-controlled, and some rooms may have a temperature below 10°C depending on the process. Please be mindful not to dress too lightly and avoid getting unwell during the tour.
For safety reasons, we cannot allow customers who have consumed alcohol to participate in the tour.
