A seasonal product from Nove,ber to February. This is a DASSAI 23 specially designed to be enjoyed warm.
It has a 14% alcohol content, which is lower than our regular DASSAI 23, and has a softer texture without the sharp aroma when heated up.
Yamada Nishiki rice, polished down to 23% of the original grain size.
