DASSAI Sparkling 23
This is the ultimate sake, made with Yamada Nishiki rice polished down to 23% of the original grain size. It has a refreshing, faint aroma of peaches and a refined honey-like sweetness.
The production method for this sparkling Dassai is the same as champagne: a second fermentation in the bottle.
Unpasteurized sparkling sake. To be kept chilled.
